What if my property is larger than 699m2?
We have The Larger Plan for sites up to 1000m2, starting from $3,299. Get in touch and Kerry will advise the best option for your property.
Do you need to visit my property?
No - our online process works for clients anywhere in New Zealand. Auckland clients can add an optional on-site consultation for $250.
How long does the process take?
Typically 4-6 weeks in total: draft design is usually ready 7-10 days after your pre-design chat, then one week for revisions.
